For more than a decade I worked for other law firms - and then in 2018 I launched my own.

I made the decision to launch Melissa Groisman Law because, for me, clients aren’t just a name on a spreadsheet. My clients become friends - and I become an integral part of their business.

Clients appreciate that I call it like I see it. I’m protective of my clients' best interests, and there’s nothing I like more than resolving disputes and closing deals.

I’m an experienced negotiator, and in many cases, I’m able to help clients quietly resolve their disputes and avoid the expense of a lawsuit. My goal is to create efficient and effective solutions that save money for my clients.

I’m a first generation Argentinean-American, a Miami native, fully fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in Hebrew and French. I’m married, I have two wonderful children, and I’m the loving owner of a dog who can actually smile.
